QPR duo passed fit for Leicester game

Sam Field and Harvey Vale have both been passed fit to return to the QPR squad for Saturday’s game against Leicester City.

Former Chelsea man Vale has not featured since early November, while Field has been out since picking up a groin injury during the recent defeat at Norwich.

Head coach Julien Stephan confirmed on Friday afternoon that both players are available again.

The Frenchman added that Ilias Chair is “very close” to being fit and it is hoped that he will feature during the festive period.

Chair limped off during the home match against West Brom two weeks ago, having previously been out for more than two months with a hamstring problem.
