QPR move for Exeter winger Wheeler
QPR have made an approach for Exeter City winger David Wheeler.
A number of clubs are interested in the 26-year-old, who joined Exeter from Staines Town in 2013.
He has made 151 league appearances for the Grecians, scoring 33 goals.
Meanwhile, Rangers boss Ian Holloway has predicted a “mental” scramble for signings as clubs chase deals ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline.
