Ex-Stones skipper Cronin joins Hayes & Yeading

Hayes & Yeading United have added former Wealdstone skipper Sean Cronin to their squad.

The 30-year-old joins from Grays Athletic, whom he joined last summer after being released by the Stones.

Welshman Cronin had spent five years with Wealdstone, starting more than 170 games and helping them to promotion to Conference South in 2014.

Earlier this week, United signed Southampton centre-back Kyle Clinton and Bromley full-back Aaron Tumwa, both on loan, as well as bringing in Luke Ifil from Grays and winger Sam Baffour from Tower Hamlets.
