Guus Hiddink has played down reports of a fall-out between Thibaut Courtois and Chelsea goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon.

The Sun reported on Friday that keeper Courtois would look to leave Stamford Bridge after learning that Lollichon will be staying as part of incoming Blues boss Antonio Conte’s backroom staff.

But Hiddink, who is coming towards the end of his stint as interim boss, insisted he still expects Courtois to stay.

Hiddink said: “They’re different personalities, we don’t neglect that, but they do well and are very professional.

“The most important thing is that Courtois recently said that he is very happy at Chelsea and he will stay at the club.

“He’s happy here and they will work. You have to be very professional together and they are.”

Chelsea have no new injuries ahead of Saturday’s game against Sunderland. Courtois is available again after serving a suspension.
