QPR duo complete season-long loan moves

QPR striker Aramide Oteh and winger Olamide Shodipo have completed season-long loan moves to Stevenage and Oxford United respectively.

Former Spurs trainee Oteh, who spent the first half of last season with Bradford City and also time with Walsall in 2019, has been pushed down the pecking order under Mark Warburton following the signings of Macauley Bonne and Lyndon Dykes.

The recent arrivals of Chris Willock and Albert Adomah have also reduced Shodipo’s likelihood of featuring in the side this season and he joins an Oxford team who sit just above the relegation zone having reached last year’s play-off final.

Paul Smyth is set to complete a loan move to Charlton before Friday’s 5pm deadline with Warburton also hoping to loan out Conor Masterson if the club can sign an experienced centre-back.
