QPR have had an offer for Blackpool winger Bright Osayi-Samuel turned down ahead of the transfer deadline.

The R’s previously made an approach for the 20-year-old Nigerian and have made another attempt to sign him.

Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston has again indicated that he is unwilling to sell.

A number of other clubs have shown an interest in Osayi-Samuel in recent months.

He is a product of Blackpool’s youth system and has made 79 appearances for the League One club.

  • I'd go for Phil Parkes as that 70s period was my time and it was so fantastic. My old man tells me though that Reg Allen was a great keeper. Remember that Matt Busby signed him for a record fee for a goalie at that time. Had he not got injured would have been part of the great Babes side. Of course he could have been in the Munich air crash. All speculation I know but Allen must have been pretty special.
