QPR fight back to beat Leicester and end losing run

QPR came from behind to win at Leicester, with Harvey Vale inspiring them to a much-needed victory.
Vale equalised after Jordan James had put the relegation-threatened Foxes ahead.
Rangers had been struggling badly and a defeat would have left them in genuine danger of the drop.
But Ben Nelson’s own goal and Ronnie Edwards’ header lifted them to the all-important 50-point mark generally seen as enough to stay up.
Rangers had lost their previous four matches, failing to score in all four, and there was an all-too familiar feel to Leicester’s opening goal.
Nelson played the ball forward towards James, who ambled away from Isaac Hayden and tried his luck with a long-range effort which keeper Joe Walsh could not keep out of the net.
QPR equalised out of nothing shortly before half-time.
Vale chased Edwards’ ball over the top, nudged it over keeper Jakub Stolarczyk and scored into an empty net.
The goal gave Rangers a huge lift – and two more in the space of eight minutes early in the second half put them in control.
Vale was involved in both, darting down the right and sending in a low ball which Nelson turned into his own net, and then delivering the corner from which Edwards netted his first goal since his permanent move from Southampton.
