Luton set to keep QPR defender Harriman

QPR are set to extend Michael Harriman’s loan spell at Luton until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old defender joined the Hatters on a three-month deal in October and has played 17 times.

Harriman, who has made three first-team appearances for QPR, has previously had loan spells at Wycombe and Gillingham.

Luton are keen to eventually sign him on a permanent basis.

  • Well, he knows that Luton are on the way up, and QPR on the way down. And comedy manager 'Arry prefers to sign his old mates on ridiculous contracts anyway. He was a great addition to the side after our injury-hit poor start, so we'll gladly take him. He can play at a much higher level

  • He has been impressive... High work rate, consistent, skillfull. Just what we needed to
To cover injuries. I hope he becomes permanent.

  • Harriman has been absolute class for Luton. Fitted in from day one. A bundle of energy and a really decent player. Fights for the cause.

  • The fans here love him...great prospect, he loves the fans, he loves the club...I've got us down to lose at Plymouth, but if he's at right back, we can win !

  • Harriman is quality, both in ability and attitude

The lad never stops running, gives 100% all the time.

Most Luton fans, including myself, want him permanently!

    COYH!

  • He`s rubbish. Never make it at a higher level....best of getting rid of him now,and save on wages. Hardly played for us....we`ll take him off your hands :)

  • He does indeed like it at Luton, quite possibly because he's a shoe in at right back and one of the first names on the team sheet.

Footballers like to play and he's doing that at Luton.

  • Another promising youth product who will not get a chance at Rangers, interesting to know what Luton fans think of him as he seems to like it there?
