QPR sign German defender Leistner

QPR have signed German centre-back Toni Leistner on a three-year deal.

The 27-year-old has moved to Loftus Road on a free transfer after his contract at FC Union Berlin expired.

Norwich City previously attempted to sign him but could not agree a fee.

He subsequently opted to run down the remainder of his contract before assessing his options – and has opted for Rangers.

Meanwhile, QPR have formally completed the signing of defender Joe Felix following the end of his Fulham contract.

West London Sport revealed in April that Felix, 18, was training with the R’s and that they were interested in signing him.

The move has been finalised now he has officially been released by Fulham.

Felix has signed a one-year deal and will initially play for Rangers’ development side.
