QPR’s Smyth completes Charlton loan move

Paul Smyth has completed a season-long loan move to Charlton from QPR.

West London Sport recently revealed that Charlton were keen to snap up Smyth.

The Northern Ireland international, 23, spent last season on loan at Wycombe.

He has been allowed to leave again following Rangers’ signings of Albert Adomah, Chris Willock and Macauley Bonne.

Charlton, who recently sold Bonne to QPR, have been interested in Smyth for some time.

A loan move there was agreed in January last year but fell through and Smyth ended up being loaned to Accrington Stanley.
