Transfer gossip: Blackburn linked with Johansen

Blackburn Rovers are targeting Stefan Johansen, it is claimed.

The midfielder impressed while on loan from Fulham at QPR, who are looking to sign him on a permanent deal.


Blackburn were previously linked with Johansen, who has a year remaining on his Fulham contract.

And the Lancashire Telegraph therefore claim Rovers are looking to snap him up this summer.

The managerial vacancy at Fulham following Scott Parker’s departure for Bournemouth has left QPR waiting for an answer on whether Johansen will be allowed to leave Craven Cottage.

He has indicated that he would like to stay in London and is keen to sign for the R’s.

Blackburn are currently under a transfer embargo.
