QPR ended a miserable season with another heavy defeat – their seventh loss in eight matches.
Based on their final points total of 53, results elsewhere on the final day of the campaign mean Rangers would have been relegated had they not beaten Nottingham Forest last weekend.
Wes Hoolahan scored twice and there were also goals for Alex Pritchard and the outstanding Josh Murphy in a one-sided game at Carrow Road, where R’s teenager Josh Bowler came on as a second-half substitute for his debut.
QPR went behind on 22 minutes when they were hit on the counter-attack after failing to react to a stray flick-on from Matt Smith, and Hoolahan found the bottom corner with the help of a deflection.
Pritchard netted on the hour mark, volleying home at the second attempt after his first effort had been blocked by Michael Doughty.
Murphy scored with five minutes to go, finishing nicely after holding off Nedum Onuoha.
And, after missing a chance to make it four, Cameron Jerome atoned by setting up Hoolahan in injury time.

Basically,Rs will end the season just 2 points from relegation,an absolutely disgraceful performance and whilst IH has not been in charge the whole season,he was brought in to improve us and our performances and quite frankly he's has been a total failure.this season a team with 51 points is going down, heaven help us next season!!!.
