QPR are set to complete a deal to re-sign Nahki Wells on a season-long loan from Burnley.
Rangers decided on Thursday morning to go ahead with deal to bring the striker back to Loftus Road, where he spent last season on loan.
And as the 5pm deadline approached, an agreement was reached with Burnley and Wells was in the process of finalising the move.
