Defender Bodurov released by Fulham

Fulham have terminated the contract of defender Nikolay Bodurov by mutual consent.

The Bulgarian international joined the Whites in August 2014 from Litex Lovech, and went on to make 49 appearances in all competitions.

He was a regular in the 2014-15 season, scoring against Derby, but slipped down the pecking order after the arrivals of Tim Ream, Richard Stearman and later Michael Madl.

Bodurov played only five times last term before spending the final few months of the campaign at Danish club FC Midtjylland.

Earlier on Friday, Fulham confirmed the arrival of Congo midfielder Neeskens Kebano for an undisclosed fee.
