Transfer gossip: Spurs again linked with Steven Sessegnon


The latest transfer speculation involving the area’s clubs….

Tottenham have again been linked with Fulham youngster Steven Sessegnon.

There were reports Spurs were looking to sign both brothers prior to Ryan Sessegnon’s recent move from Fulham to north London.

The Sun claim the Whites were offered £3m for Steven Sessegnon by Spurs and turned that down.

The newspaper claim Tottenham remain interested and continue to monitor the player with a view to a making a move for him.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror have picked up on a story by Goal.com claiming that Chelsea are keen on Wigan youngster Joe Gelhardt.

Several Premier League clubs are said to be interested in the 17-year-old forward, who has made three first-team appearances.

Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton are supposedly also monitoring him along with Leicester and Wolves.

And Willian continues to be linked with a potential move away from Stamford Bridge.

The Brazilian has a year remaining on his Chelsea contract and has been discussing a new deal.

The Daily Express claim former Blues boss Maurizio Sarri wants to sign Willian for Juventus.
