Leeds and Bolton fail to land Chelsea prospect Ake – report

Bolton and Leeds United have failed to land Chelsea youngster Nathan Ake on loan, the Mail reports.

Several Championship clubs have expressed an interest in the Dutch teenager but he is apparently set to stay at Chelsea for the remainder of the season.

Burnley, Watford and Wigan have also been linked with Ake, who made his first-team debut last term.

A number of clubs want Ake.

The Mail say Blues defender Branislav Ivanovic is target for Paris St-Germain, who are also said to be pursuing Chelsea’s David Luiz along with Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, Talksport say PSG are confident of seeing off competition from number of clubs, including Chelsea, to the signing of Roma forward Miralem Pjanic.

It is claimed that Arsenal, Manchester City and Barcelona also want the 23-year-old Bosnia international.
