Many Chelsea fans on Twitter have been calling for recent signing Matt Miazga to be given a chance following the news that Kurt Zouma will miss the rest of the season.
Gary Cahill is expected to return to the side against Newcastle after a scan confirmed that Zouma suffered cruciate ligament damage during Sunday’s draw with Manchester United.
But some Blues fans would like boss Guus Hiddink to consider other options – including starting with American defender Miazga.
