El Khayati can help QPR see off Ipswich – and Fulham could add to Derby County woes

QPR face Ipswich at Loftus Road on Saturday and all eyes will be on Dutchman Nasser El Khayati, who rejoined former boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink by signing from Burton.

The 26-year-old has netted 12 goals in 44 appearances during the past 18 months and looks a terrific signing for the R’s faithful to really get behind.

He looks set to make his debut at the weekend and BetVictor make the R’s the 13/8 favourites to win, with the visitors 19/10 and the draw 23/10.

Derby travel to Fulham at what could be the perfect time to host one of the market leaders for promotion.

Paul Clement’s side are winless in their last six league games, playing out a goalless draw in midweek, and were knocked out of the FA Cup, losing 3-1 to Manchester United on Friday.

The visitors have strengthened their squad with three impressive signings during the January transfer window and are the 11/10 favourites on Saturday. Fulham look over-priced at 27/10 though and the draw similarly a fair price at 13/5.

First, Brentford travel to Brighton for Friday’s evening’s kick-off with the Bees already nibbled to leave the Amex with all three points and cut to 11/4 (from 3s) to turn over the Seagulls.
