Torres will feature against AC Milan

Fernando Torres will feature in the final match of Chelsea’s pre-season visit to the United States.

Torres joined the Blues squad last week, having been given an extended break after his involvement in Euro 2012.

The decision was taken to leave him out for Wednesday’s game against the MLS All-Stars in Philadelphia.

But the Spain striker will play some part against AC Milan in Miami, where Chelsea will be looking to finish their tour with a victory.

“Fernando is going to play. It’s just a question of how much time. It will be at least 30 minutes,” confirmed manager Roberto Di Matteo.

“He has had a flight and jet lag and a few training sessions in his legs, so we will have to see.”
