Judge says he is staying at Brentford

Alan Judge has told Sky Sports he will be staying at Brentford.

Sheffield Wednesday and Burnley have both made approaches for the 27-year-old during this month’s transfer window.

Neither club have met the Bees’ valuation and Judge does not expect to leave Griffin Park before Monday’s transfer deadline.

“It has been flattering to be linked with other clubs, but I will be staying at Brentford this month,” he said.

“I want to focus on the rest of the season and do my best to try and help the team finish as high up the table as possible.

“I enjoy working under the manager and love the support I get from the fans and hopefully we can all enjoy a good end to the season.”

Judge is Brentford’s top scorer this season, with 12 goals.
