Harriman signs new contract at Rangers

Michael Harriman has signed a new one-year contract with QPR, snubbing potential moves to Luton and Wycombe.

Both League Two clubs were keen to sign the 22-year-old, who spent most of last season on loan at Luton and had a spell on loan at Wycombe in 2013.

Harriman, who has also spent time on loan at Gillingham, made his Premier League debut for QPR at Liverpool on the final day of the 2012-2013 season.

He has made a total of three first-team appearances for Rangers so far.

Meanwhile, the R’s are expecting to complete the signing of striker Sebastian Polter, 24, from German club Mainz by the end of the week.
