Fulham bid for Wales U17 star accepted
Fulham have had a bid accepted by Newport County for 16-year-old defender Regan Poole.
Centre-back Poole, who had a trial with Manchester United in September, has played four times in League Two this season and is a Wales Under-17 international.
Newport faced the prospect of losing the teenager for nothing this summer, so are open to selling him in January.
Poole has attracted interest from a number of Football League and Premier League clubs, but it is the Whites who look in pole position to sign him.
