Tottenham v QPR: Fer and Isla start

Recent signings Mauricio Isla and Leroy Fer make their QPR debuts and Matt Phillips is included in the starting line-up against Tottenham, who start with Danny Rose at left-back as Kyle Naughton is suspended.

Charlie Austin has a hamstring problem and Alejandro Faurlin drops to the Rangers bench along with Danny Simpson.
