Middlesex bowler Brookes joins Gloucestershire on loan

Middlesex bowler Henry Brookes has joined Gloucestershire on a short-term loan.

Brookes, 26, will join up with the Bristol-based side for the next five matches in the Rothesay County Championship before returning to Middlesex for the Vitality Blast.

Middlesex director of cricket Alan Coleman said: “We’re confident Henry will benefit greatly from the opportunity at Gloucestershire.

“We wish Henry every success during his time at Gloucestershire, and he remains an important part of our playing squad.”
