Fulham keen for Silva to sign new contract

Marco Silva has been offered a new long-term contract by Fulham.

The Portuguese is out of contract this summer and the club are keen to tie down the head coach to a new deal.

Silva didn’t hide his frustrations with Fulham’s summer transfer window, with lub signing four players in total. Three of those signings came on deadline day.

The former Everton, Watford and Hull manager has reportedly requested additions in the upcoming January market.

Silva might be more inclined to sign the new contract if the squad is added to in the new year.

Fulham are currently 15th in the Premier League, with 11 points to their name.

They host Sunderland on Saturday, before heading to Tottenham at the end of the month.
