QPR are unbeaten in five matches but had to settle for a point after a goalless draw at Loftus Road.

There were five changes to the starting line-up for the second of Rangers’ three matches in seven days.

Steve Cook, Sam Field, Isaac Hayden, Kader Dembele and Michel Frey were brought in, with Liam Morrison, Nicolas Madsen, Jonathan Varane, Koki Saito and Romarn Burrell dropping to the bench.

Frey had a right-footed strike saved by keeper Jamie Cumming in the first half, while Dembele fired wide and Cook narrowly over.

In the second half, Rangers defender Amadou Mbengue sent an effort over the bar and Cook headed over from Madsen’s late corner.

QPR: Nardi; Dunne, Cook, Mbengue, Norrington-Davies; Hayden (Varane 81), Field (Madsen 61); Vale (Smyth 75), Kone, Dembele (Saito 61); Frey (Burrell 61).
Subs not used: Hamer, Morrison, Esquerdinha, Morgan.

Very poor performance from Rss. 5 changes and first half so defensive, negative, forwards spent so much time half way back in our own half. Manager needs to learn, Championship is about forwards getting forwards especilly when we have such good attacking forwards. Poor.
