Chelsea in talks to offload Bakayoko to AC Milan

Chelsea and AC Milan are in talks over a possible move for Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Bakayoko was on loan at the Italian club the season before last but they decided against taking up their option to sign him on a permanent deal.

He instead rejoined his former club Monaco, where he spent last season on loan.

Bakayoko joined Chelsea from Monaco for £40m three years ago but failed to impress.

He appears to have no future at Stamford Bridge, with the Blues keen to offload him this summer.

The deal being discussed with Milan would involve another season-long loan and option to buy him for around £31m.

Italian media reports suggest Milan would pay a loan fee of around £2.7m.
