Transfer gossip: Speculation over Pulisic continues

Some of the latest transfer speculation involving Chelsea…

The Daily Telegraph have again suggested that Chelsea could clinch a deal to sign Christian Pulisic in January.

Borussia Dortmund recently denied reports that Pulisic, who has also been linked with Liverpool, was set to join the Blues – and insisted he would not be sold when the transfer window reopens.

But the Telegraph now claim the German club are willing to agree a deal in January which would see him stay with Dortmund for the rest of the season and then move for £70m in the summer.

The newspaper say it paves the way for Chelsea and Liverpool to try to strike a deal for the American youngster sooner rather than later.

That would involve Chelsea breaking their transfer record for a player who will have just a year remaining on his contract at the end of the season.
