Derby fans on Twitter react to Martin display
Many Derby County fans on Twitter looked on with envy as their out-on-loan forward Chris Martin scored again for Fulham in the televised showdown with QPR.
Martin’s goal – his ninth in 19 games for the Whites – atoned for his previous penalty miss as he earned his side a point.
He had wanted to return to Derby but Fulham refused to cut his loan deal short and Rams supporters were regretful he was ever allowed to leave by previous boss Nigel Pearson.
Give me Chris Martin over any of our current strikers any day #DCFC

Fulham fans were delighted with Martin’s equaliser and the fact he seems to be committed to the club for the rest of his loan spell.
