Fulham youngsters lose to Tottenham

Fulham’s youngsters lost 1-0 at home to Tottenham in the Under-18 Premier League on Saturday.

Samuel Shashoua scored the only goal of the game at the Whites’ Motspur Park training ground – a 77th-minute penalty after Aramide Oteh had been fouled.

A Spurs breakthrough had looked on the cards during a spell of pressure from the visitors.

Shashoua, Jack Roles and George Marsh all went close for them before the deadlock was eventually broken.

On Friday evening, Chelsea’s Under-18s maintained their good form by winning 3-1 at Brighton.
