Chelsea v Palace: Cuadrado, Drogba & Courtois start

Chelsea were forced in to a late change in midfield, with Juan Cuadrado replacing Ramires who is ill.

Didier Drogba starts up front at Stamford Bridge, where a win would seal the title for the home side.

Drogba gets the nod despite Loic Remy being available again after injury. Remy is among the Blues substitutes, while keeper Thibaut Courtois returns to the starting line-up.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace defender Joel Ward has been passed fit to play following a shin injury. Eagles forwards Fraizer Campbell and Marouane Chamakh are sidelined.
