Loic Remy starts up front for Chelsea against Stoke as Diego Costa is short of fitness following a hamstring problem, while Cesar Azpilicueta and Oscar come in for Filipe Luis and Ramires.

Jonathan Walters has been passed fit for the visitors despite nursing a calf problem.
