Jokanovic confident Fulham can secure play-off place

Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic says his players ought to believe they can secure a play-off place.

The Whites host Aston Villa today having maintained their excellent recent run with a 3-1 victory at Norwich on Good Friday.

That win kept seventh-placed Fulham just two points behind Sheffield Wednesday in sixth and three behind fifth-placed Leeds United.

“It encourages us to believe in ourselves and (have) confidence fighting for the top six,” Jokanovic said.

“We believe in ourselves, we play with confidence and we are fighting for the top six.

“We will continue to fight and battle. Now our focus is on Aston Villa.”

Sheffield Wednesday are at QPR this afternoon, while Leeds are at home to Wolves.
