Round up: Conte on Cuadrado, QPR boss on Sandro, Quins signing, Middlesex lose

Soccer - Barclays Premier League - West Ham United v Queens Park Rangers - Upton Park

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has told Sandro he is unlikely to play for QPR again – and believes the Brazilian is serious about finding a new club.

The Rangers manager says Sandro is behind new signings Jordan Cousins and Ariel Borysiuk as well as the likes of Karl Henry and Massimo Luongo in the pecking order of midfielders.

Another midfielder, Tjaronn Chery, has been given QPR’s number 10 shirt for the new season.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has reiterated that he wants Juan Cuadrado to stay at Stamford Bridge despite interest from Italian clubs.

Conte was speaking after the Blues beat Liverpool 1-0 in a friendly in California, where Gary Cahill scored the only goal and Cesc Fabregas was sent off.
