QPRWeather forces QPR to abandon Harlington

QPR are to leave Harlington.

QPR have abandoned their Harlington training ground because of the wintry weather conditions.

The squad are instead training at Loftus Road ahead of this weekend’s vital game against fellow strugglers Blackburn.

They hope DJ Campbell and Jay Bothroyd will resume full training later this week and be available for the trip to Ewood Park.

Both strikers have been troubled by hamstring injuries and could be called upon as Djibril Cisse is suspended and Heidar Helguson has been nursing a groin problem.
