QPR have confirmed the departure of scouting co-ordinator Kevin Cruickshank, who has been replaced by former Norwich defender Ian Butterworth.
Cruickshank, who had been seeing out a period of notice, is joining Mark Hughes at Stoke.
He was appointed by Rangers last August and also previously worked under Hughes at Blackburn.
Hughes, sacked as R’s boss last season, recently succeeded Tony Pulis as Stoke manager.
Ian Broomfield has been in charge of Rangers’ scouting operation since being installed as chief scout following Harry Redknapp’s appointment as manager in November.
