QPR set to seal signing of Freeman

QPR are set to complete the £300,000 signing of Luke Freeman from Bristol City.

Rangers recently had a £250,000 bid for the winger rejected.

But Freeman, whose contract expires at the end of the season, made it clear he would not sign a new deal at Ashton Gate.

The 24-year-old further forced City’s hand by telling them he wanted to leave and did not want to play in their FA Cup game against Burnley on Saturday.

That prompted Rangers to increase their offer in an attempt to get the deal done.

Freeman will undergo a medical on Monday.
