Play-off hero Zamora signs QPR contract

QPR’s play-off hero Bobby Zamora has signed a one-year deal at Loftus Road.

Zamora, whose last-minute goal against Derby at Wembley took Rangers back to the Premier League, becomes the fifth out-of-contract player at the club to re-sign this summer.

Clint Hill, Alejandro Faurlin, Armand Traore and goalkeeper Rob Green also agreed new terms.

West London Sport recently revealed that Zamora had rejected a contract offer from Rangers but that talks were continuing with the 33-year-old.
