O’Neil offered move to Maccabi Haifa

Gary O’Neil has been offered the chance to join Maccabi Haifa.

His former QPR team-mate Yossi Benayoun is now with the Israeli club.

O’Neil, who would rather stay in England, has not been offered a new deal by Rangers but has been training with them and featured in last week’s pre-season trip to Germany.

He moved to Loftus Road on a Bosman free transfer from West Ham a year ago and made 29 league appearances last season.
