Mutch completes £4.75m move to Palace

Jordon Mutch has completed a move to Crystal Palace from QPR, signing a four-and-a-half-year contract at Selhurst Park.

The 23-year-old midfielder, who signed for Rangers only last summer, has joined the Eagles for £4.75m, with the fee possibly rising to £5.5m with additional payments.

He failed to impress manager Harry Redknapp following his arrival from Cardiff City and was keen to leave.

Rangers asked about a possible swap deal involving Fraizer Campbell but Palace were unwilling to let the striker go.

Meanwhile, Borussia Mönchengladbach have enquired about Junior Hoilett.

QPR want to sell the winger, who has previously played in Germany while on loan from Blackburn at Paderborn and St Pauli.
