Injury-plagued Dyer signs new QPR contract

Kieron Dyer has signed a new one-year contract to stay at QPR.

Rangers discussed parting company with the injury-plagued former England international following Mark Hughes’ appointment as manager in January.

But the Welshman later suggested that Dyer could have a future at Loftus Road.

Dyer, who turns 34 later this year, has not played since being carried off with a foot injury four minutes into his debut on the opening day of the season against Bolton.
