Mark Hughes is planning a review of QPR’s scouting set-up.
Hughes brought in his own coaching team when he took over as manager at Loftus Road last month and has hinted that he may now make changes in other areas of the club.
“We’re in the process of looking at what we’ve got and making judgements,” he told West London Sport.
“Obviously the scouting side is important and if we feel that’s underfunded then that’s an area we’ll have to improve.
“For the time being I’ve been getting by on using my own contacts to a large extent. Moving forward it’s something we’ll have to look at in greater detail.”
