Finance chief to leave QPR for Tottenham

QPR finance director Rebecca Caplehorn is to leave the club after being appointed head of football operations at Tottenham.

Caplehorn, who has been at Loftus Road for five years, is set to become a prominent figure at Spurs after being headhunted by chairman Daniel Levy.

Extremely highly regarded by QPR chairman Tony Fernandes, Caplehorn has had an increasingly important role at Rangers in recent seasons.

She is currently seeing out a period of notice while a replacement is sought.
