Wigan prepare for Moses exit by targeting Arsenal youngster – report

Wigan have lined up Arsenal’s young Japanese star Ryo Miyaichi as a potential replacement for Victor Moses, the Daily Mirror suggest.

It is claimed Wigan boss Roberto Martinez is in talks to sign Miyaichi on a season-long loan deal as he prepares for the expected departure of Moses, who looks increasingly likely to join Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Portuguese media have touted Porto full-back Alvaro Pereira for a possible move to Chelsea – although no formal offer has been made.

Napoli and Paris St-Germain are also said to be interested in the Uruguay international.

His agent Flavio Perchmen is quoted as saying: “We are waiting to find out if there is any offer.

“We think everything will go well and that he can leave the club, but right now we do not have any concrete offer.”
