Stones star Cronin signs new contract
Wealdstone’s player of the season Sean Cronin has signed a new two-year contract.
The Welsh defender, who has represented his country at Under-18, Under-19 and semi-professional Under-23 levels, has made more than 130 appearances for the Stones since his arrival in 2010.
“I am extremely pleased that Sean has committed himself to the club in this way,” said manager Gordon Bartlett.
“The fact he was not only the supporters’ player of the season but also the players’ is a measure of how popular Sean is, both on and off the pitch.
“He has had a very progressive season for us and he will help us to push on.”
