McCormack confident ahead of away games

Fulham striker Ross McCormack has insisted that his side are capable of winning at Bristol City and Burnley in their next two matches.

The Whites eased the pressure on manager Kit Symons by coming back from two down to beat Reading 4-2 at Craven Cottage on Saturday.

And McCormack believes they can keep that momentum going as they look to climb the table.

He told Fulham’s website: “They’re two tough games but there’s no reason why we can’t beat both of those teams – it’s just up to us to make sure we turn up on the day.”

Fulham’s dramatic victory at the weekend was their first win in five matches.

“It’s easy for everyone to say why can’t we do that all the time but we’re a new team and we’re still getting to know each other,” McCormack said.

“If we can produce performances like we did in the last 40 minutes on Saturday I dare say we’ll win every game.

“We can take a huge amount of belief from the last 40 minutes. If we put a 90 minutes together like that then it will be unlucky for someone.”
