Stearman leaves Fulham for Sheffield United

Fulham centre-back Richard Stearman has joined Sheffield United for an undisclosed fee.

The 29-year-old moved to the Whites at the end of the summer 2015 transfer window from Wolves, and made 30 appearances in his debut campaign.

After a couple of League Cup appearances in 2016-17, he returned to Molineux on loan for the remainder of the season, playing 19 times and scoring in their 2-1 FA Cup win at Liverpool.

Stearman could come up against Fulham on 27 November, when the Whites visit newly promoted United.
