Fulham centre-back Nikolay Bodurov has joined FC Midtjylland on loan for the rest of the season.

The 29-year-old has not featured for the Whites since August, having been a regular last term following his move from Litex Lovech.

Bodurov will now spend the remainder of the campaign at the Danish champions, whose majority shareholder is Brentford owner Matthew Benham.

He is joined at the club by Bees defender Daniel O’Shaughnessy, and both could end up playing Manchester United when the two sides meet in the Europa League knock-out stages.

Fulham also allowed full-back Kay Voser to leave the club on a free transfer late on deadline day, while Fernando Amorebieta has returned after Middlesbrough cut short his loan spell.

The Whites signed Brighton midfielder Rohan Ince and Sporting Lisbon attacker Zakaria Labyad on loan until the end of the season.
