Transfer gossip: QPR linked with Dundee striker

A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving the area’s clubs…

QPR are among a number of clubs interested in Dundee striker Kane Hemmings, the Daily Mail claim.

Aston Villa are also said to be keen on the 24-year-old, while Derby, Blackburn and Bolton are reported to have monitored him this season too.

Hemmings, who was born in Burton upon Trent, has scored 25 goals this season and reportedly has a £250,000 release clause in his contract.

Meanwhile, Juventus plan to open talks with Chelsea over a deal to sign the on-loan Juan Cuadrado from them on a permanent deal and will also try to sign Oscar, again according to the Mail.

Teenage midfielder Kyle Scott, who was part of Chelsea’s FA Youth Cup-winning side last season, has told the club he wants to leave, ESPN believe.

Scott, 18, is said to have been targeted by a number of leading European clubs.

It follows recent speculation over the futures of two other Chelsea youngsters; striker Dominic Solanke and defender Ola Aina.
