Chelsea again linked with renewed bid for Brazil striker Hulk

Chelsea have again been linked with a renewed attempt to sign Hulk.

It follows reports that the Brazilian striker, a Chelsea transfer target before joining Zenit St Petersburg from Porto, is looking to leave the Russian club.

Zenit, it is claimed, would be willing to sell for the right price.

Bayer Leverkusen’s director of sport Rudi Voller has appeared to confirm the German club are keen to sign Kevin de Bruyne from Chelsea.

A number of Bundesliga sides are interested in the Belgian midfielder, who is expected to leave Stamford Bridge when the transfer window opens next month.

Voller told German television station Sky Sport: “There are many clubs interested in him.

“Regardless of our league position, we’re always looking for new players.

“If you do anything, then it’s got to be a top alternative to what we’ve already got here.”

Chelsea have again been linked with Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia, today by the Daily Express.

Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United have also been linked with the Italy international.

QPR fear Benoit Assou-Ekotto will return to Tottenham following Andre Villas-Boas’ sacking as manager, according to Talksport.

The left-back joined Rangers on a season-long loan after being frozen out of the Spurs side by Villas-Boas.

It is claimed that Rangers are therefore worried he could be called back to White Hart Lane in January.

And Fulham could get a £1m loan fee from Anderlecht for Bryan Luiz, according to reports in Belgium.

The Costa Rican is being tipped to leave Craven Cottage on an initial loan deal in January with a view to a permanent move in the summer.
